Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative Associate Creative Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative strategies that elevate our brand and engage our audience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding design solutions.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hunt Valley, MD.

Duties

· Lead the creative team in the development of compelling concepts and designs across various media platforms

· Ensure alignment on brand messaging and visual identity

· Oversee the execution of creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality standards are met

· Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team

· Present creative concepts to clients, articulating the rationale behind design choices effectively

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

Experience

· Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably as a Senior Designer or Art Director

· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across digital, print, and multimedia formats

· Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively

· Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
