Recruitment Consultant
Summary:
Responsible for identifying potential candidates, conducting initial screenings and interviews, presenting qualified candidates to clients, and negotiating job offers, essentially acting as a bridge between companies looking to hire and individuals seeking employment, by building strong relationships with both parties to ensure the right fit for each job opening; requiring excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the job market, and proficiency in sourcing and recruiting techniques.
Responsibilities:
Candidate sourcing:
- Actively search for potential candidates through various channels like job boards, networking, and social media.
Screening and interviewing:
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability for the role.
Client management:
- Understand client needs, job requirements, and company culture to identify the best candidates.
Candidate presentation:
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their relevant skills and experience.
Negotiation:
- Assist in negotiating job offers, salary packages, and other employment terms with both candidates and clients.
Market knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide informed advice.
Relationship building:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Recruitment strategy development:
Create and implement tailored recruitment strategies based on client needs.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal, to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport, trust, and rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.

- Analytical skills: Evaluate candidate qualifications and match them to job requirements.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
