The Hampton by Hilton, Daly City is hiring a part-time Guest Service Agent who will work Sunday and Monday 3pm - 11:30pm. Qualified applicants will have excellent and clear communication skills with a passion for customer service.
Qualifications:
• Up- beat pleasant personality with an ability to assist a wide variety of personalities
• Ability to multi task: answer phones, greet guests, direct people
• A good knowledge of area to assist guest with driving directions, restaurant recommendations, shopping, transportation, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Greeting guests with a smile upon arrival or departure
• Answering telephones, taking reservations, directions
• Cashiering and Concierge services
• Ability to fulfill guests requests such as wake up calls, directions, additional amenities etc
• Ability to listen to guest concerns and document any maintenance issues or special requests brought to your attention
Some of the requirements preferred
* Previous hotel experience preferred.
* Typing skills
* Ability to clearly communicate with supervisor and co-workers.
* Ability to follow instructions.
* Shifts currently available Sunday/Monday 3-11:30pm. May be able to pick up additional shifts as needed/available.
* Must be able to stand for long periods of time, speak clearly on the telephone and must be able to see/read computer screen.
