Job Summary
Reneux Med & Day Spa is an established medical aesthetic practice in Kaka'ako. We are seeking a FD Team Lead to join our team. This customer service and sales position is the primary point of contact between our Practice and the public. This position is required to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times and represent the practice favorably in appearance and demeanor while providing outstanding customer service; and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position sells and promotes the Practice’s non-surgical medical aesthetic procedures and medical-grade skin care products for sale, provides administrative support, maintains the spa’s facility and effectively interacts with, and assists patients, clients, guests, visitors, vendors, other team members and management to ensure a positive experience.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, SMS messages, emails, and inquiries.
- Recommends, sells and closes sales of aesthetic medical procedures offered and medical-grade skin care products.
- Utilize Practice Management software to schedule patient appointments and as POS system.
- Register transactions and cash handling.
- Retail inventory management.
- Resolves patient concerns and complaints.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, maintaining organized records, preparing reports and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Light housekeeping.
- Opens and closes facility and maintains facility's appearance.
- Provide support to other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Education, Skills & Experience:
- Previous work experience in a similar capacity involving direct contact and communication with the public, preferably in an aesthetic medical or retail setting, with demonstrated proficiency in customer service principles and practices required.
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills required.
- Excellent mathematical skills required.
- Proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace required.
- Analytical, Problem Solving and Critical Thinking ability required.
- Ability to deal with and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment required.
- Ability to remain calm and excel under pressure required.
- Ability to take initiative to accomplish Company objectives according to established Company guidelines required.
- Trustworthy, self-motivated, highly customer service oriented, and a team player.
- Proficient in spa and/or medical office software preferred.

Work Shifts are usually 9 hours with a one hour unpaid meal break. Saturday work is required.
