Summary:

Renew Financial is a recognized industry leader whose mission is to advance climate neutrality, energy independence, and green job creation through the nationwide deployment of renewable energy and energy efficiency finance programs.

We are seeking a Closer to help optimize the lending experience for our customers. The Closer is responsible for preparing loan documents for closing. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with multiple departments while adhering to strict deadlines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage a pipeline of PACE assessments to prep for closing, ensuring that service level agreements are met and processing quality is maintained
• Provide exceptional customer service to property owners and contractors while conducting reviews and follow up activities on active applications
• Prepare documents for drawing, funding and recording; verify products and pricing on applications and related documents
• Provide operations support as needed

Minimum Requirements (candidates not possessing the following will not be considered)

• 2-3 years’ experience in a customer facing role within a fast-paced lending environment
• High volume data entry experience with acute attention to detail
• Understanding of credit underwriting and experience in document preparation and funding
• Hybrid role: Ability to work minimum of one day/week in the office
• Time management skills with the ability to set and shift priorities as needed, to work under time and deadline pressure, and to effectively manage a large workload
• Demonstrated proficiency in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, both Mac and PC computers

Work environment: This position sits in a professional, climate controlled office environment.

Physical demands: This position requires prolonged sitting along with the utilization of computers and phones. The employee will also be required to have verbal interactions in person or over the phone.

Expected hours of work: This is a 40 hour a week full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Hours of work will fall between 8 AM and 5 PM.

Travel: No travel is expected for this position.
