Elevating Payroll and HR Performance
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for elevating our payroll and HR performance by developing and implementing effective strategies. Your expertise will enable us to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, enhance the employee experience, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic payroll and HR initiatives to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to improve payroll processes and reduce errors.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll system maintenance and record-keeping.
- Provide training to HR and payroll staff on payroll procedures, system usage, and compliance standards.
- Support year-end payroll processing and data reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in payroll administration, with HR experience in Skilled Nursing.
- HR Certification required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
