Facilitating Payroll and HR Operations
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting payroll and HR activities, ensuring seamless operations across both functions. Your expertise will enable us to deliver accurate and timely payments to our employees, while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:

- Ensure residents are treated fairly, with kindness, dignity, and respect, and their rights are protected at all times.
- Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to maintain accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure adherence to all applicable legal requirements.
- Oversee payroll system maintenance, manage end-to-end payroll processes, and maintain payroll records for all employees.
- Provide training to HR and payroll staff on payroll procedures, system usage, and compliance standards.
- Support year-end payroll processing and data reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in payroll administration, with HR experience in Skilled Nursing.
- HR Certification required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
