ROLE PURPOSE
This position administers and coordinates patient care services and staffing function of the branch office within the parameters of approved budgets and strategic plans in accordance with state, federal, and local regulations. Responsibilities include:
- Promotes home health programs and services.
- Manages community education budgets.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, hospices, home health care agencies, and physicians’ offices.
- Responsible for generating appropriate referrals from a variety of sources.
- Tracks and reports monthly contacts with referral sources in CRM.
- Assist with special events, health fairs or public relations as needed.
SKILLS:
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
