With a strong commitment to clinical excellence and professional growth, we are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Clinician Success Coordinator to drive our recruitment efforts.
Position Overview
The Clinician Success Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring licensed therapists and mental health professionals to join our growing practice. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking skills, an understanding of the mental health industry, and a passion for fostering relationships with prospective candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified therapists, including social media outreach, job postings, and networking initiatives.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure alignment with the practice’s clinical and cultural values.
- Establish and maintain relationships with universities, licensing boards, and professional organizations to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Attend job fairs, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand awareness and recruit top talent.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess staffing needs and refine hiring processes.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay informed on industry trends, licensing requirements, and best hiring practices to continuously improve recruitment efforts.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analytics tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in clinician success efforts.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the mental health or healthcare industry (3 years preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of therapist licensing requirements and mental health practice regulations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent using various recruiting methods.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and data analytics tools.
