General Manager Cabinet Restoration

Renew Medic (Renewmedic.com), one of the fastest growing franchised brands in the U.S., is seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our growing franchised brand in Memphis metro area.

About our opportunity

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the overall success of our Memphis based location. You will provide inspirational leadership for our team, driving revenue growth and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide branch strategic leadership and direction
• Develop, implement, and oversee operational plans and procedures
• Drive sales growth and profitability
• Execute sales strategy that includes nurturing new client relationships and job estimating
• Manage a team of 20 employees, providing coaching and development
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and financial management
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Identify and address business opportunities and challenges
• Represent Renew Medic in the community

Qualifications

• Proven experience in disaster restoration is essential, with a strong preference for candidates who possess a background in mitigation services or as an insurance adjuster handling property damage claims
• Proven track record of success in a general manager or similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of business operations and P&L management
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment
