- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support services for clients.
- Collect research data to evaluate the effectiveness of counseling programs and interventions.
- Engage in case management activities, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources and support systems.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health care, including coding and medical terminology.
Skills
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques.
- Proficient in ICD-10 coding and medical documentation practices.
- Experience in mental health counseling with a focus on PTSD care and addiction counseling.
