Position Overview:
As a Residential Services Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our team, leading and supporting a group of amazing Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who help create life-changing experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you’ll guide the day-to-day operations, ensuring our residents receive top-notch services and that our team has the support and training they need to succeed. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and values making a lasting, positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a dedicated team of Direct Support Professionals, ensuring excellent care and service delivery.
- Help maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies to ensure high-quality services.
- Schedule and manage staffing to ensure our residents always have the support they need.
- Provide training, coaching, and growth opportunities for your team, creating a culture of learning and development.
- Communicate with families, guardians, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and the well-being of our residents.
- Foster an inclusive, empowering environment where independence and community integration are prioritized.
- Resolve any concerns quickly and effectively to maintain an atmosphere of care and trust.
- Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve processes and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
- Degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field, or a nursing license preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for working as part of a team.
- A genuine desire to improve the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Requirements:
- Clean background check.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proof of insurance.
