Job Description:

As a Wheel Repair Technician, you will be responsible for on site wheel repair. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship. You will work with various tools and equipment to repair cosmetic imperfections and improve the appearance of wheels, ensuring they meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Inspect alloy wheels for cosmetic damage, including curb rash and other surface imperfections.

    •    Perform repairs such as sanding, polishing, and refinishing to restore the wheel’s appearance.

    •    Use specialized equipment and tools such as grinders, sanders, and spray equipment to complete repairs.

    •    Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all safety procedures are followed.

    •    Communicate effectively with customers, explaining the repair process and providing updates as necessary.

    •    Adhere to company quality standards and complete repairs efficiently to meet customer expectations.

Skills and Qualifications:

    •    Previous experience working with your hands - detailing, buffing, metal work, paint work - all skills that are beneficial.

    •    Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

    •    Proficient in using hand tools.

    •    Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

    •    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    •    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

•    Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Physical Requirements:

    •    Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

    •    Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and perform manual labor.

    •    Comfortable working outdoors year round with chemicals and paint supplies.
