What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our Clinical Support Team, you’ll be the vital link between our innovative clinical solutions and the clients who rely on them. You’ll work closely with skilled nursing facilities, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation, usage, and support of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients—including skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), healthcare providers, and key stakeholders.
- Deliver engaging clinical education and training on our products and services to frontline healthcare professionals.
- Partner with our Regional Field Clinician to implement best practices, address clinical concerns, and support high-quality care.
- Monitor client engagement and product utilization, identifying opportunities for improvement and additional education.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations teams to align on client needs and elevate the service experience.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, training sessions, and feedback to continuously enhance our support approach.
- Travel within your assigned region to meet clients on-site and represent the company at key industry events.
- Represent ReNew with professionalism.
- Support clinical excellence through clinical onboarding, mock surveys, and staff education.
What You Bring:
- Licensed clinical background (LPN, RN, PT, or similar) required, wound care certification highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of wound care products and their clinical applications.
- Experience in clinical support, account management, or healthcare sales is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills—you’re approachable, articulate, and solution-oriented.
- A self-starter mindset with a collaborative spirit and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
