What We Ask:
- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patient wounds, which may be chronic or acute and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement advanced wound care techniques, including debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts and infection control measures.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals at each facility to coordinate care and provide updates on patient progress to ensure continuity of care.
- Manage a travel schedule to visit multiple skilled nursing facilities on a regular basis.
- Ensure timely and efficient care delivery.
- Valid License as a NP.
- Board Certified: ANCC or AANP
- Minimum of 1 years experience in advanced wound care is highly preferred.
- Certification in wound care (e.g., CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is a plus.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations.
- Competitive base salary with potential for additional monthly bonus with RVU.
