Physician - Wound Care
Who we are :
ReNew partners with SNFs, ALFs, and LTACHs to provide the most advanced treatment protocols available in the post-acute setting. Our team of highly skilled wound care specialists provide advanced treatments in skilled nursing facilities, which dramatically cut down on hospital readmissions.
What We Ask :
- Assessment and Treatment : Conduct thorough assessments of patient wounds, which may be chronic or acute and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement advanced wound care techniques, including debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts and infection control measures.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Teams : Work closely with other healthcare professionals at each facility to coordinate care and provide updates on patient progress to ensure continuity of care.
- Manage a travel schedule to visit multiple skilled nursing facilities on a regular basis.
- Ensure timely and efficient care delivery.
