Job Title: Regional Field Clinician - Midwest
Reports to: SVP of Clinical
Job Summary:
The Regional Field Clinician is responsible for providing clinical expertise, training, and support to healthcare providers within an assigned region. This role ensures the effective implementation of clinical protocols, supports product utilization, and fosters strong client relationships to improve patient outcomes. The Regional Field Clinician serves as a key liaison between the company and it's clients, healthcare professionals, offering education, troubleshooting, and best-practice recommendations. This position will cover Illinois and Michigan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical training, education, and support to healthcare providers on the company’s products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Providers, Nursing home, SNFs, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Business and Operations Teams.
- Conduct site visits and hands-on training sessions to the Provider and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes, identifying opportunities for enhanced patient care and process improvement.
- Support sales efforts by demonstrating product effectiveness and addressing Provider inquiries with clinical expertise.
- Assist in the development of clinical guidelines, training materials, and best practices to optimize service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in clinical practice.
- Document and report Provider interactions, training sessions, and feedback to relevant internal teams.
- Travel within the assigned region to provide in-person training and support as needed.
- Have availability to support Providers to work through their urgent needs.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree with an active clinical license (NP, PA)
- Wound Certified with the National Board
- Experience in clinical education, account management, or field-based clinical roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to educate and influence healthcare professionals.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Salary : $145,000
