Responsibilities

- Providing exceptional customer experiences through professionalism in appearance, attitude, and actions
- * Performing routine PV installations per code, following designs
- Executing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of modules, arrays, batteries, power conditioning equipment, safety systems, structural systems, and weather sealing equipment
- Providing general on-site support; maintaining organization and cleanliness
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of residential or commercial PV, roofing, and/or electrical work preferred
- Understanding and ability to follow safety protocols, including OHSA safety requirements
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Basic electrical wiring experience
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and willingness and ability to work on ladders and rooftops the majority of days
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
- Availability and willingness to work varying, long hours including evenings and weekends when necessary
- Ability to work with a team and collaborate effectively
- Willingness to follow instructions and respond to leader’ directions
- Attention to detail and ability to efficiently manage work and time independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.99 per hour
