Renewable Energy & Drives US, LLC (RED-US) is a parts and service business servicing Power Electronic Systems in New Berlin, WI. We are looking for a Test Associate Engineer to assist in testing and quality inspection on site.
Objectives of this role
- Adhere to safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment whether in the field or in the shop.
- Perform final quality inspections and checkout on major assemblies prior to shipping.
- Perform electronic assembly testing following written procedures.
- Perform circuit board testing and calibrations following written procedures.
- Modify printed circuit boards following written instructions and schematics.
- Upload software and firmware into HMI computers, control boards, and other devices following written instructions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate timekeeping as directed by policy.
- File all completed testing reports in a timely manner.
- Attend meetings and manage e-mail correspondence.
- Complete all assigned training.
- Record and maintain professional knowledge base in a skills matrix.
