• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment failures or malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and general machinery / component maintenance.
• Repair or replace machine guarding to ensure safety compliance.
• Remove and install machinery as needed.
• Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems for machine operation and repairs.
• Perform advanced electrical work, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Assist with PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Operate as a machinist for precision adjustments and repairs.
• Perform welding tasks for equipment repairs and modifications.
• Support engineering changes, including diagnosing issues and implementing corrective actions.
