Compensation: $28-$35 per hour DOE

Schedule: Four 10-hour days a week opportunities for overtime.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Supervising and leading a crew on the installation of PV solar panels- paid training provided.
· Installations to include layout plan and materials management.
· Loading, unloading, and working with materials in a variety of environments including rooftops, fields, mountains, and more.
· Install solar, wind, and battery power management systems with the best products in the industry.
· Supervise and implement safety programs.
· Monitor equipment and vehicle compliance/inspections.
Requirements:
· 2 years in construction, roofing and/or electrical experience
· 2 years of supervisory/foreman experience
· 1 year of solar experience preferred
· Effective Communication, Problem-Solving and Time-Management Skills
· Ability to pass a background check
· Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR
· Ability to pass DOT physical for driving company vehicles
