Summary :
As the Global Director of Cloud & Infrastructure, you will be responsible for the engineering, development, security, implementation, management, maintenance, and monitoring of all Infrastructure, Networks, and related cloud services across the company. This role includes providing guidance and leadership for the IT Managers, leads, and technical resources across the globe. Technical depth and knowledge of Microsoft Azure, network hardware, related software, device management, cybersecurity, and operational monitoring will be used to guide, build, and manage cutting-edge cloud infrastructure.
This role is pivotal in driving technological advancements ensuring a secure, scalable cloud infrastructure capable of providing our global operations and services. In addition, you will be the strategic leader of cloud and infrastructure with a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, project management, and people leadership skills.
Requirements :
- Build, support, and maintain the global infrastructure strategy with leadership to drive holistic infrastructure ownership and oversight, ensuring a secure, scalable, and agile network(s) enabling business agility and scale.
- Understand our business strategies and priorities, driving continual improvements aligning with global infrastructure strategies.
- Contribute and maintain a robust IT roadmap of Infrastructure and associated integrations including definition of project objectives, prioritization, and implementation plans.
- Establish and foster relationships with Business Stakeholders and service providers.
- Evaluate vendor solutions, develop alternatives, and recommend technical solutions in meeting the evolving needs of the business and aligning with global infrastructure strategy and architecture.
- Manage and be hands-on during execution of projects : scoping, requirements, documentation, testing, validation, training, and support. Setting an example and expectations for the underlying team and supporting teams.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to all engineering & deployment of cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including associated applications.
- Collaborate with the Global Security team to develop and maintain an incident response plan, which includes incident detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery procedures.
- Lead resources to engineer, build, and manage hardware and software standards for the organization’s assets including tablets, laptops, desktops, servers (physical or virtual), and other networked devices.
- Lead and manage Internet circuits from sizing to business requirements, vendor selection and management, to implementation and monitoring.
- Collaborate and align to global cybersecurity & technical architecture team standards.
- Develop, lead, and manage the global disaster recovery and business continuity plans and operations.
- Create SOPs, Policies, Process and System maps for infrastructure management and operations.
- Collaborate with global IT and business stakeholders across multiple time zones by occasionally attending meetings outside of core business hours as needed.
- Additional Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with other IT leaders to ensure that IT services are integrated and aligned with the broader IT strategy.
- Oversee and participate as an escalation point in an IT on-call rotation.

Anticipated base salary range : $174,000 - $205,000
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
