Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on electrical infrastructure design, installation, and maintenance.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project delivery and outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical infrastructure project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Proven expertise in electrical infrastructure design, installation, and maintenance, including experience with high-voltage systems and power transmission lines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, and experience with electrical engineering software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards, including OSHA and NFPA guidelines.
