- Develop project schedules and monitor progress using tools such as Prolog, ProCore, or Primavera.
- Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure proper implementation on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
- Utilize software like HeavyBid for cost estimation and budget management.
- Implement project management best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all phases of construction.
- Manage subcontractors and labor resources, ensuring optimal performance and productivity on the construction site.
Skills
- Strong background in Construction Management with proven experience in overseeing large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D for design and modeling purposes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
