Renewable Solar Inc is a rapidly growing Solar PV Engineering, Procurement, Construction (Solar EPC) company. We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to support our growing workload.
Job Summary
The Junior Account Manager will oversee the full life cycle of a project, from contract to final Permission to Operate (PTO) / Commercial Operation Date (COD). This role assists the sales team in managing customer relationships, researching market trends, and supporting the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager with daily tasks and administrative duties.
- Provide sales support to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) department and its customers.
- Attend sales and customer meetings as scheduled.
- Conduct market research and track industry trends, compiling reports for the sales team.
- Monitor news and updates related to existing customers to identify new opportunities.
- Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Assist in coordinating internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
- Eagerness to learn about the solar energy industry.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Working Conditions
Junior Account Manager will report to the Sales Manager and work 40-45 hours/week, with core hours being Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, and available to support non-standard overtime hours as necessary.
Compensation
Junior Account Manager compensation is negotiable, and may be either hourly or salary, with a combination of project-based incentives. Compensation will be at market rates, based on qualifications, currently estimated between $50k-$60k/year incentives.
