About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled O&M Account Manager to join our team. In this position, you will work closely with existing customers to determine their needs and ensure they are aware of available options, including extended warranties, billing analysis, re-powers, retrofits, and capturing WREGIS renewable energy credits. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is a non-supervisory position that reports to the Director of O&M. The standard work week is 40-45 hours, typically Monday through Friday from 8AM-4PM, with minimal overtime or weekend work expected.
