As a key member of the Renewable Solar team, the Junior Account Manager will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and contributing to the company's continued growth. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager with daily tasks and administrative duties
- Provide sales support to the O&M department and its customers
- Attend sales and customer meetings as scheduled
- Conduct market research and track industry trends, compiling reports for the sales team
- Monitor news and updates related to existing customers to identify new opportunities
- Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials
- Assist in coordinating internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process
