What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solar Site Specialist position at RenewableWorks?
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Solar Site Specialist to join our team at RenewableWorks. As a Solar Site Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our onsite safety team and ensuring all safety protocols are efficiently carried out throughout the site.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing site safety orientation training to new employees
- Support other safety coordinators with safety-related duties
- Identify and report any safety concerns in a timely manner
- Communicate daily with managers regarding site safety status
- Collaborate with the safety team to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- EMT certification is required; Paramedic certification is a plus
- Military Medic experience is also considered
- Able to work in all weather conditions and maintain a strong work ethic
