- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with HVAC channel partners.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing plans to capitalize on them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- HVAC design experience (sizing & selection of equipment for residential and commercial facilities).
- Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience and management experience with manufacturer reps.
