What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Training Manager position at Renewal by Andersen | Esler Companies?
The Assistant Training Manager is leading training sessions with current employees to help them reach their full potential. Working closely with both the training department and coaching department to assist with multiple aspects of ongoing training.
\n- Reviewing best practice scenarios with employees to test their knowledge of the business.
- Leading group role plays centered around specific areas of scripting that we wish to improve on.
- Listening to recorded calls with employees, and then offering feedback on areas that need improvement.
- Assisting with initial training role plays when needed.
- Reviewing calls sent back by other departments for quality control and training opportunities.
- Training employees on taking incoming calls from media source inquiries.
- Finding missed opportunities through our software.
- Conducting seasonal/winter trainings.
- Gather and send data to other departments.
- Nurturing and professional attitude.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to demonstrate your knowledge of the scripting, verbatim.
- Microsoft office proficient, especially excel.
- Strong note taking abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver positive, yet honest feedback to employees based on performance.
- Ability to organize and prioritize based on the needs of the organization.
- Working some nights and one weekend shift
