What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Install Coordinator position at Renewal by Andersen | Esler Companies?
We’re looking for a Lead Installation Coordinator to join our Operations team!
As a Lead Installation Coordinator for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you’ll be working with our customers to schedule their installation, update them on the progress, and manage the install go backs. You’ll be delighting our customers and providing a high touch level of customer service.
Submit timesheets and time off requests for Installation Coordinators.
Participate in meetings with managers and other departments to ensure alignment.
Lead weekly meetings with Installation Coordinators.
First point of contact for customer de-escalation.
Data tracking for; truck deliveries, resourcing, set goals for work orders.
Follow up on Jobs in Progress (JIPS) & IGBs to ensure proper scheduling.
Maintain installation scheduling of installation managers, & creates service folders with proper documentation for IMs.
Take both inbound and outbound scheduling calls.
Prepare customer correspondence when deemed appropriate, such as paid invoices or rebates.
Provide back-up and support to other members of the operations team as needed.
Keep continuous communications with assigned customers to ensure that all questions and concerns about their project are addressed and satisfied.
Prepares contract amendment as necessary.
Other jobs duties as assigned.
Excellent customer relations, empathetic & personable skills.
Exceptional communication skills of listening and speaking for handling customer conflicts.
Knowledgeable with tactful and diplomatic approach to tasks at hand.
Must be able to organize & prioritize.
Ability to adapt well and accept feedback in a changing environment.
Must be comfortable in a technology driven environment.
Ability to work independently.
Experience working in an office environment preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
