We’re looking for an Outbound Specialist Coach to join our Inside Sales team!
As an Outbound Specialist Coach for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will ensure all Outbound Specialists are providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will lead, develop, train, and mentor a large team of callers who are vital to the functionality of the Communications Center. You will be a point of contact for all callers, ensuring that they’re meeting or exceeding their goals, delivering methodology without compromise, and updating the database accurately during their shift.

\n- Teaching and demonstrating the methodology through hands on coaching.
- Motivating the team and providing in the moment feedback in a professional and positive manner.
- Assisting Outbound Specialists in real time in productive appointment setting.
- Ensuring all telephone conversations are delivered by the system.
- Confirm call center associates are punctual, working at an acceptable pace, and taking assigned breaks while providing guidance or verbal and written disciplinary actions to anyone exhibiting poor habits, poor attitude, unacceptable results, or policy violations.
- Maintaining data accuracy for leads, including contact information, pain points, and other data.
- Ensuring Adherence to Communication Center’s policy/guidelines/customer interactions.
- Assisting with departmental meetings to discuss overall benchmarks, results, and performance.
- The Ideal candidate can maintain excellent team relations, communicate effectively, have empathy and leadership skills, and is personable.
- Must be able to work with a sense of urgency, organize, and prioritize.
- Ability to adapt well and accept/give feedback in a changing environment.
- Ability to find resolutions and advise management.
- At least 1-2 years experience managing teammates or ability to demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities preferred.
