The Brand Ambassador Team Lead is responsible for assisting with marketing efforts at local community events. These marketing efforts help drive lead generation for our sales team. They also assist the Sales Manager with recruiting, hiring, and training Brand Ambassadors. Duties in the office also include researching and booking events. Out of office responsibilities include staffing events as needed, set up/tear down events, and make site visits at assigned events.
Responsibilities:
Make 2-3 event site visits per weekend.
Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training as needed.
Assisting with the researching and booking of marketing events.
Ensuring the team is following policies and procedures.
Ensuring all leads are qualified per company standard.
Recap every site visit to events manager.
Participate in a bi-weekly meeting with the Events Manager with topics including team performance, upcoming events, and objectives.
Set up, execute, and break down of events.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 1-2yrs of Customer Service Experience
Prior Supervisory or Leadership Experience
Flexible Availability - Weekdays/Weekends
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to listen.
Able to conduct research, work under tight deadlines, and develop and organize information
Be data driven; ability to tell a story based on qualitative and quantitative data
Ability to find resolution, deliver difficult feedback and advise management.
