Salary : $50,000yr - $55,000yr

Schedule : Monday - Friday (Full Time) - Occasional Weekend Availability

Our Window Installation Experience Managers manage the installation process, including final walk-through inspections, technical measurement, installation, and service, deliver Signature Service, Homeowner delight, efficient and appropriate resource capacity for the RbA Florida location

Responsibilities :

Utilize the RbA Final Walk-Through Inspection Process to facilitate the following : Verify that Installation Teams are delivering Signature Service, quality and craftsmanship and exceeding RbA’s high standards. Identify, report and expedite the resolution of any outstanding items for Homeowner’s project. Processing of account balances.

Insure homeowner delight, as measured through customer satisfaction surveys and reviews. Implement new processes to increase Homeowner delight. Regularly visit Homeowner work sites to audit processes.

Ability to service and repair previously installed windows and perform Technical Measures needed for installation.

Lead the safety initiates of the installation process associates to insure safe practices are in place and are followed.

Insure that all regulatory procedures and / or requirements impacting the installation process are met.

Supervise installation process associates including performance planning, fostering open communication and answering team concerns and questions.

Work directly with Homeowners to resolve installation process issues.

Work with local supply chain to obtain the necessary material needed to complete jobs.

Understand that occasional Saturday availability may be needed.

Manage in-house installers (2 man crews) and independent contractors (including contracts, selection and training) to insure that appropriate installation process capacity exists

Directly manage all associates involved in the installation processes

Address hiring needs, assist with interviews and terminations, and evaluate performance of in-house installers.

Requirements :

Basic Understanding of Installation Processes and Requirements

Previous Customer Service Experience and Conflict Resolution Skills Required

Prior Managerial / Leadership Experience is Preferred

Previous Window / Door Replacement Experience is a Plus

Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques.

Previous work experience in recruiting and managing independent contractors.

Basic computer skills and MS Office suite proficiency

Ability to work and lead in a team environment.

Basic financial knowledge. Previous P&L responsibility helpful, but not required.

Must have a valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record.

Lead Certification and Notary Public is a plus
