We are seeking personable and energetic individuals to join our team. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events and stores by providing excellent customer service and representing our company. Working in this role you will learn to schedule appointments with our customers in-person using proven lead generation techniques. This is an entry level position that offers career growth, longevity and great pay!
Currently, we are staffing for Part-time and Full-time!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event/ booth setup, including arranging displays and preparing promotional materials.
- Must be eager to interact in conversations with guests using interpersonal skills
- Schedule appointments for our customers to meet with sales consultants regarding our products that Renewal by Andersen offers
- Ability to stand upright during your scheduled shift, stay energetic and approachable (you are the face of the company in this role)

- Competitive Pay Rate at $15.00 hr. plus earned uncapped commission (Combination of guaranteed hourly pay $15.00 hr. and commission pay, most team members earn between ($17.00-$24.00 hr. average)

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service settings that include restaurant, hospitality and retail is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with event marketing and retail environment is a plus
- Willingness to learn our proven techniques in lead generation and appointment setting
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Valid Drivers' License
- High School Diploma or GED
- 21 years of age or older
