What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Consultant position at Renewal by Andersen of Alabama?
As a Sales Consultant for Renewal by Andersen of Alabama, you’ll help customers improve the quality of their homes with our premium window and door products and services. Our products improve functionality and the aesthetic of the home along with being energy efficient. You’ll be responsible for providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects.
This is a fully commission- based role earning up to $175,000 yearly. You will be provided paid training, pre-set and pre-qualified leads, a flexible schedule, and an excellent supportive company culture.
This role is ideal for sales professionals who have a passion and strong ability to connect with others, build genuine rapport and close sales.

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle
- Pass Our Background Check
- 3 years of In-Home Sales, Outside Sales or Sales Management in High End Retail/ Restaurant experience preferred
- Empathetic listening and persuasive speaking
- Experience with Apple products preferred
- A proven track record in building rapport and closing sales
- Flexible Schedule ( Choose your schedule in advance)
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Able to provide our Signature Service , honest and genuine approach with every customers appointment
