Logistics Supervisor

We're hiring a Logistics Supervisor who will be responsible for leading the logistics team in providing excellent customer service to the company's install teams by providing the necessary product, materials, and equipment to assure the success in installations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide signature service to customers and teammates
• Plan and organize the warehouse to operate efficiently
• Maintain accuracy of all units in warehouse and maintain up to date inventory
• Maintain warehouse equipment
• Receive, store and issue materials and equipment
• Coordinator the installation schedule and forecast materials needed
• Perform any other related, unrelated, unassigned, unspecified, out of the ordinary, or special duties.
• Ensure there is safety, security and good working order of warehouse
• Hire, train and develop teammates
• Instill organizational company culture
• Maintain vehicle fleet for territory
• Track and report data
• Coordinate and communicate with supply chain team and Install manager
• Complete additional projects and tasks as needed

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain / logistics operations, in addition to supervisory level experience.
