Overview: The Internal Service Order Processor is the non-customer facing team member of the Internal Service Department. The Order Processor will be involved in supporting the Operations and Production Teams by communicating with other internal departments and outside vendors/contractors to not only gather necessary information but also order parts and products that are needed to successfully schedule and complete a service appointment. The Internal Service Order Processor will work closely with the Internal Service Coordinator(s) and service management.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for the accurate and efficient ordering of service parts and components from SSC’s, incoming service requests and stock parts- Monitors Service Mailboxes for all territories (CPA, WCPA & NCPA), looking for new service requests
- Opens service, gathers all information (internally, external vendors/contractors) needed for orders, orders service product, updates appropriate notes in HSR.
- Responsible for moving service requests in rForce to appropriate status when necessary
- Moves status to Ready to Schedule to notify Service Coordinators that all necessary information / products are obtained, and service is ready to schedule
- Bills and closes services
- Uses RbA Quote Tool to generate a quote for non-warranty services, emails to Service Scheduler to send to and review with the customer
Pay - $20/hr plus monthly bonuses.

- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the home improvement service field or other closely related field.
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong independent thinker, able to work independently
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
