Renewal by Andersen of Central, Virginia & Roanoke is looking for a Customer Liaison Representative to join its growing team in Richmond, Virginia. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, energetic, signature service driven environment. The customer liaison representative with be responsible for communication with the customers throughout their customer journey. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding in the importance of customer service.

\n- Partner with our sales staff to serve as point of contact for customers.
- Assist with scheduling measurement and installation appointments.
- Build rapport with customers by maintaining constant contact via phone, email, or text.
- Drive the highest standards of ethical behavior by providing accurate information throughout the customer experience.
- Multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Deliver high levels of empathy and trust to customers.
- Provide clear and and consistent communication to customers and interdepartmentally.
- Works well in a call center environment.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience/ management
- must be able to maintain professionalism and respectful demeanor with customers.
- Fluent with Microsoft office suite.
- Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships
- Demonstrates ability to work and contribute to a team environment
- Superior phone etiquette and verbal/writing skills
- Organizational skills, follow up, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and positive outlook, able to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and changing business conditions
- Listening skills
- Detail orientated is a must
