Renewal by Andersen of Central & Roanoke Virginia, are looking for In home Sales Representatives to join its growing team. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, energetic, deadline-driven environment. \n- You will be visiting our customers, in their homes, to consult and identify the window and door product that will meet their needs.
- You will use the tools, training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services.
- You will have industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale.
- Commitment to customer service experience from start to end.
- 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
- A Proven track record of closing sales.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Potential for unlimited six figure income. Pay for performance is a salesperson's greatest compensation motivator!
