WE ARE
Renewal by Andersen, the replacement division of Andersen Windows, is looking for a Lead Warehouse Associate to join its growing team. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, energetic, deadline-driven environment. This is also an opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a passionate, close-knit team. This position will be at our new Roanoke office, opening soon!

Your Role
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks loaded with Windows and Doors.
- Tracking Inventory (sent and received)
- Picking up and delivering Materials. (Supplies needed, delivering to Installation teams. Company vehicle provided for this duty)
- Training new warehouse associates
- Keeping warehouse clean and orderly
- Various other warehouse duties.
What We Are Looking For
- Is eager and energetic to learn and grow within Richmond Window Corporation.
- Has basic computer skills including Microsoft office.
- Has great communication skills when working with others.
- Can work independently with little, or no supervision.
- Has a positive, winning attitude.
- Is dependable/reliable.
Requirements
- 1-3 years prior warehouse experience.
- Must be able to lift between 75 to 100 lbs.
- Great organizational skills.
- Must have an acceptable driving record along with a valid driver’s license.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check.
