Summary
The Compliance & Order Entry Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring Renewal by Andersen operates in full compliance with all
legal and regulatory requirements, while upholding the company's policies, standards, and ethical practices. A key focus of this
role is managing all organizational permits and ensuring accurate order processing for our sold orders. Working under direct
supervision, the Compliance & Order Specialist will: attend and report on ordering statistics in weekly meetings, collaborate with
the General Manager & Production team to ensure timely and accurate ordering of patio doors and windows, promote the RbA
culture of “Let’s be Great Together” in every interaction, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Minimum Qualifications
· 4-year Business Administration/college degree preferred
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Understanding of Data Entry & Order Processing
· Understanding of various SC County permit processes preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to analysis data within Excel and a Windows environment
· Time management skills and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Window Platforms

Supervisory Responsibilities

Essential Functions
· Data Entry and processing of units measured by the Production Team
· Daily/Weekly Progress Reporting
· Quality Assurance
· Retrieve daily orders inputted into the shared drive by all Installation Managers and save to the electronic customer file
on the shared drive.
· Scan all verified orders in to customer’s electronic file on the shared drive to accurately track the delivery and
confirmation for each individual order.
· Match orders entered by Technicians from shared files to Sales Contract for order processing. Enter orders into OMS system and IQ. Process all NSPRs (Non-standard product requests) and SPRs (Standard Product Requests). Verify order for accuracy. Print all order confirmations from email system for scanning into shared drive/Customer files. · Compliance Oversight – Submit for and manage permit process for all sold orders. Maintain thorough records of compliance efforts. · Cross Department Collaboration – work closely with other teammates to ensure company wide success. · Other job duties as assigned
