Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, permitting, or a related field.
- Experience in construction permitting is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and permit management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of permitting processes and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external regulatory agencies.
- Exceptional attention to detail when managing documentation and compliance reports.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
