Summary

The Compliance and Permitting Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all company operations adhere to relevant local, state, and federal regulations. This role involves obtaining necessary permits, maintaining compliance records, and coordinating with internal teams and regulatory agencies to support seamless project execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and permitting processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, permitting, or a related field.
• Experience in construction permitting is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and permit management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Physical Demands
