Position: Call Center Representative/ISC Agent
Status: Full-Time
Shift: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm

What You’ll Do:
- Convert inbound and outbound calls into qualified sales appointments
- Be the ‘Voice of the Company’ with exceptional communication and customer service
- Schedule appointments and input important homeowner information
- Work with cutting-edge software and tools to meet and exceed targets
- Ensure each call is handled with professionalism and care, following company protocols
- Participate in ongoing training to grow your skills and knowledge
Compensation:
💵 $17.00/hour Bonuses – Your earning potential is unlimited!
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of prior call center or inside sales experience (preferred)
- Exceptional communication, active listening, and customer service skills
- Strong proficiency with computers, CRM software, and typing skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
