Our Window/Door Experience Managers manage the installation process, including final walk-through inspections, technical measurement, installation, and service, deliver Signature Service, homeowner delight, efficient and appropriate resource capacity for the RbA Florida location
Responsibilities:

Verify that installation teams are delivering Signature Service, quality, and craftsmanship and exceeding our high standards.

Identify, report, and expedite the resolution of any outstanding items for the homeowners project and the processing of account balances.
-
Ensure homeowner delight, as measured through customer satisfaction surveys and reviews. Implement new processes to increase homeowner delight. Regularly visit homeowner work sites to audit processes.

Ability to service and repair previously installed windows and perform technical measures needed for installation.

Lead the safety initiatives of the installation process associated to ensure safe practices are in place and are followed.

Ensure that all regulatory procedures and/or requirements impacting the installation process are met.

Supervise installation process associates, including performance planning, fostering open communication and answering team concerns and questions.

Work directly with homeowners to resolve installation process issues.

Work with the local supply chain to obtain the necessary materials needed to complete jobs.

Manage in-house installers (2-man crews) and independent contractors (including contracts, selection and training) to ensure that appropriate installation process capacity exists

Directly manage all associates involved in the installation processes

Address hiring needs, assist with interviews and terminations, and evaluate the performance of in-house installers.
Requirements:

At least 1-2yrs of Window & Door Installation/Inspection Experience
-
At least 1-2yrs of Customer Service Experience & Conflict Resolution Skills

Basic Understanding of Installation Processes and Requirements
-
Prior Managerial/Leadership Experience is Preferred
-
Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques.
-
Previous work experience in recruiting and managing independent contractors.

Basic computer skills and MS Office suite proficiency
-
Ability to work and lead in a team environment.

Basic financial knowledge. Previous P&L responsibility helpful, but not required.

Must have a valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record.

Lead Certification and Notary Public is a plus
