Salary: $40,000yr - $50,000yr

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Full Time)
As a Legal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys in a collaborative team environment and coordinate with other company stakeholders. You will prepare legal documents, maintain client files, conduct legal research, and manage calendars. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures. Familiarity with Clio or other case management software is a plus.
Responsibilities:

Draft and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.

Maintain and organize electronic legal files.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, court appearances, and depositions.

Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.

Communicate with company stakeholders and other legal professionals.

Assist in preparing case files and trial materials.

Ensure compliance with court deadlines and filing requirements.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
-
At Least 1-2yrs of Experience in the Legal Field

At Least 1-2yrs of Customer Service & Administrative Experience

Proficiency in Legal Research Tools and Office Software (i.e. Microsoft Office & Florida E-Filing)

Knowledge of Legal Terminology and Court Procedures

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
