We are seeking a proven sales leader to join our dynamic team as a Field Sales Manager for our Canvassing team.
As a Field Sales Manager, you will take the reins of leading a team of door-to-door canvassers, engaging with neighborhoods to build local awareness resulting in the scheduling of product demos that ultimately drive sales.
Primary responsibilities
- Leadership : Manage a team of door-to-door canvassers with an in the field leadership approach, providing motivation and feedback to help individuals reach performance goals. Recruit, hire and train Canvassers ensuring strong understanding of company products and sales methodologies are obtained.
- Talent Development : Build a high-performing team by providing ongoing mentorship, coaching, and development both in the office and in the field. Ensure proper procedures, scripts, and customer service guidelines are achieved.
- Operational Leadership : Partner with senior leadership to create weekly, monthly, and yearly individual and team performance goals. Drive team to meet or exceed goals. Analyze trends and results of lead generation, recommending corrective actions and opportunities to maximize sales. Ensure innovation and continuous improvement.
- Financial Stewardship : Oversee department budget including monitoring payroll expenses and Cost of Marketing.
- Administration : Coordinate canvassing logistics by utilizing company software for mapping and tracking, ensuring the maintenance of scripts and flyers, and verifying leads obtained during each shift. Monitor schedules, resources, and time tracking.
- Customer-Centric Focus : Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved for external and internal customers.
- Travel : Occasional travel is required.

Salary is $70,000-$100,000 annually plus bonus.
On-target earnings (OTE) up to $130,000 annually.
