WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
- You will be the hub of the sales team, providing exceptional support
- Manage the comprehensive and complex lead management and appointment scheduling process in coordination with our Sales Manager
- Coordinate communication between sales and marketing, operations, and other team members
- Project review and processing (contract, deposit verification, change of work order, Docusign or similar)
- Assist with sales support, project coordination, creating and maintaining documentation, and accommodating user requests
- Manage the warehouse space and organization for the sales team
- Maintains existing sales reports and designs new reports as needed
- Additional administrative projects where necessary
