Renewal by Andersen of Wyoming, Montana and Rapid City is currently hiring for the position of Order Entry Specialist.
Renewal by Andersen is a 'start to finish' residential window replacement company serving Wyoming, Montana, and the Rapid City, SD area. We are the full-service replacement division of Andersen Windows, which is the largest and oldest window manufacturer nationwide. The purpose of this position is to effectively enter data with regards to window and door orders with extremely high attention to detail.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Manage daily tasks and order entry using a fully digital system.
- Organize, input, and process new and existing window and door orders.
- Allocate materials from current inventory at multiple warehouse locations.
- Communicate with sales staff, measure technicians, and office staff to ensure a high level of accuracy on each order.
Position Requires the following Skills:
- Accurate data entry skills on a computer are a must.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, Salesforce, and Adobe Pro.
- Dependability in meeting deadlines and following through on commitments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
