Job Overview
Renewal by Andersen has an immediate opening for a reliable, part-time Senior Brand & Retail Ambassador to join our Events team for our Idaho location. As a Senior Brand & Retail Ambassador, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interaction with prospective customers. Senior Brand Ambassadors are liaisons between our company and the homeowner. You will provide valuable information about products and services to homeowners. The goal of each interaction is to use the script and methodology taught to you to produce qualified leads in the form of in-home consultation appointments for our design consultants.
Successful candidates chosen for this position must feel comfortable speaking with prospective customers at festivals, home shows, retail stores, and fairs in and around Idaho Falls and Pocatello (including occasional travel to Utah and Wyoming). The more appointments you make, the more leads you generate, and the more cash in your pocket!!! Just one week of training and you’ll be out making $$$$.
Position Type : Part-time, non-benefited, non-exempt, at-will position. Potential to move to full-time based on operational needs.
Salary : Base pay starts at $18 per hour with paid training. Average $20-$25 per hour with generous commission structure. Pay is subject to fluctuation based on seasonal demands and performance.
Schedule : 4–10-hour shifts, 20 hours per week. Must be available to work Morning, Afternoon, and Evening shifts. Primarily working weekends with some weekday shifts. Some travel may be required. Holiday shifts as needed.
